Now, I bet you thought that we were planning on singing the age-old “Happy Birthday to You,” to SOX didn’t you? However, special occasions, like the fifth birthday of the Sarbanes-Oxley Act, require special songs to commemorate the day. You know you loved it when your kindergarten teacher sang “The Name Game” to the class using your name – and you haven’t felt that special since.
In keeping with that spirit, the Singing CPA, Steven Zelin, has created the same special feeling-inducing song for the fifth anniversary of Sarbanes-Oxley. So, break out that iPod as you are sure to want to jam (or chuckle) all the way home to this one.
So without further ado, here’s the song we’ve all been waiting for: “Happy Birthday to Sarbanes-Oxley“.
